Mendit startup

Mendit is a web app and browser plugin under development to service the design and developer community. Its a set of mark up tools that allow your website visitors to provide visual feedback on the user experience and any error that might occur in the daily interactions on a website. The intention is to create a feedback loop between the end user and development team allowing for a user driven approach to website updates and UX changes. Rather than using big data and analytics to theories on user needs this product provides tangible feedback from the audience that matters the most, the end user or customer. Mendit also uses gamification to change the behaviour of users by incentivising feedback. Taking the frustrating situation of dealing with software and website errors , broken links and 404 pages then replacing it with incentives to give feedback and an opportunity to gain discounts and freebies. We are hoping to flip the way people view the internet. Its not perfect and always evolving and we want the end user to drive that evolution.
